This is the second roundup post in celebration of all the projects that came from coLAB. You can find out more about what coLAB is here, which teams won here, and four seasonally inspired posts here.

Healthy living can look different to everyone. These four teams wanted to explore what healthy living meant to their various communities and got creative when introducing coLAB in an inspirational way.

Natiashia from Canary Jane prepared a circuit program for her fitness enthusiast partner Richard Evans, to try. Since Richard's site has been put on hold at the moment, Natiashia also enjoyed demonstrating the program in this beautiful post.

Louise of Knight and Day Events worked with Lisa of Physical Canvas and right away they both discovered that their definition of healthy living was surrounded by good food, travel, and celebrating style (whether it be in decorating or fashion). Louise created a fantastic Italian inspired dinner and Lisa created an equally stunning look-book for their event.

The girls of Opinions a la Mode believe that healthy relationships are essential to a happy life. So, when they got together with Shivawn of A Girlfriends Confidential they knew that they needed to map out the best girls night in.

Ashleigh Maynor of @intential_u and Aine Kmen of Deeply And Simply both understand that healthy living is about digging deeper, setting goals, and inspiring others to reflect and do that same. They are so excited to continue working together for the larger goal of creating a free inspirational journal! We can't wait to see it, but for now, you can see the preview right here.

Each of these teams had roadblocks and difficultly moving forward, but they communicated the best that they could and pushed forward with what they had.  After all, communication is the key to a successful collaboration!
