This year's summit will focus on design, direct media and advertising.  What's working and what's not. Plus. There will be world-class skiing. Plus also. There will be a little film festival called Sundance.

First Alt Newsletter is out Today

That's right. Starting today, we'll be sending out occasional emails to keep in touch with you with big news to just to say hello. (Occasional = about once a week.) If you haven't subscribed yet, it's easy. Just enter your email address in the field at the bottom right of this page (or any page of the site). If you're already a subscriber, watch your inbox (or check your spam).

    Today's big news:

On November 1st we received approx 1 billion emails (possibly it was less
than that) getting on our case for shutting down the early bird discount.
They arrived with messages like: Dudes. I just heard about Alt and haven't even
had time to check my calendar. And I've already missed the early bird
    discount? Not cool.
And we said. You're so right. It's not cool at all.

So we've extended the early bird special. Woot! Sign up before
November 20th and you can still get $100 off registration.
    Register here.

More good news: we'll be updating the site this week with some of our
speakers. Watch for it. We think you're going to like what you see.
